Privacy Policy:

Credit card details are encrypted and are not stored in a database of any form.

Payment Method:
Payment can be made by credit card (all accepted). Register early as places are limited.

Ticketing:
Individual tickets will NOT be sent out. A confirmation of your booking (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment. We will have name tags and a seating plan at the door.

Cancellations:
Payments will be refunded with notification of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the event. Under no circumstances will payments or tickets be refunded after this time however, registrations are transferable to other Polson events.(please advise any name changes for seating purposes). In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Polson HR & Training Brokers (SA) Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the event. Full refunds will be issued if this is the case.

Venue:
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Polson HR & Training Brokers (SA) Pty Ltd reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be issued.

Table allotments:
A minimum of 10 people is required to secure a private table. Smaller groups will be seated together to make up a table. Table configurations cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change.
