ZING Electronic Facilitation Systems help groups become top performing teams; helps make sense out of complex or rapidly changing situations and helps win agreement for immediate collective action.
The benefits of ZING meetings are:
Five times faster than conventional meetings.
People generate hundreds of useful ideas an hour.
Everyone gets really involved and has an enjoyable experience.
Disorganised groups become top-performing teams.
Eight ideas can be entered at once compared to one using a flip chart or white board
New reliable knowledge is created.
People reach radical but similar conclusions despite their differences.
People become committed more readily to take action

Zing helps people to work as a team rather than individuals within a group. They all see the same thing so they have no secrets from each other. They see ideas as they are being created so they are more prepared to borrow from and morph ideas more easily and work in parallel at all times to avoid conflict. They have a common focus so leadership is always present and use thinking processes which avoid dissatisfying tasks such as classifying and rating.
Participants at ZING meetings can manipulate the concepts until a suitable set comes together, to create a better explanation of the system or situation than the previous theory or decision. The ideas are assembled systemically, rather than via a sequential or rational organising process.
The conditions under which accelerated knowledge creation occurs are similar to the condition known as Flow. At the same time, people report experiences such as “being in the groove”, “switched on” or having “aha's”.
The Polson - Zing meeting and knowledge creation system can be hired with a trained facilitator for both half and full days anywhere in South Australia .
